Day One
Reached BKK at 8.40pm (BKK's timing), rushed to buy a 3G prepaid sim card at DTAC just outside the airport which cost only 299baht for 7 days with unlimited data usage. Save money by using personal hotspot and share the 3G data among your family/friends. Then, we went to catch our train to Ratchaprarop station. With the help of the map, we managed to reach our hotel within 5 mins.
If you're planning to travel around for the whole day, you can choose to purchase a One-Day BTS pass at 130 Baht at any BTS Ticket Office stations.

Day Two
Woke up early in the morning at 6.30am and headed down to Pratunam market. Bought only a good quality cardigan for 70baht. Not gonna wake up so early for the market anymore! Back to the hotel and rest then at noon, we went for a Chocolate buffet @ Sukhothai hotel via Saladaeng BTS. You'll need to make a reservation through their website and its only available from Friday to Sunday. Since its a 5* hotel, please do take note of the dress code.
Really beautiful place and scenery.
The chef is able to customize a chocolatey drink to suit your own liking.
Got an orangy dark chocolate flavoured drink! My love for orange chocolate :P
After that, we went down to Gateway Ekamai via Ekamai BTS. Nothing much to do unless you want to have your lunch or dinner there. Went down to On Nut BTS and flagged for 6-7 taxis and somehow the cab uncles doesn't know how to go to Talat Rot Fai market (Train market) or even Seacon square, until we showed them a picture rather than saying out the place name or showing them the map. Most probably we pronounced it wrongly haha! But then, we got cheated because the uncle went by the small alley and it took quite long to reach there, he could have went there by the high way. The boy was pissed!

The place really does sell many antiques and retro stuffs. Worth the visit! Walked around Seacon square and took a cab back to our hotel.
Day Three
CHATUCHAK DAY! Took the BTS line down to Mo Chit, follow the huge crowd and you'll be able to get there, only 5-10minutes walk. Thank goodness that the weather wasn't very humid and hot, maybe its best to go during nov - dec period. We roamed around for about 5- 6 hours and still not able to cover the whole chatuchak! Headed back to our hotel and rest before going to Siam. We walked over to Siam area but you can take the BTS line down to National Stadium and opposite the station is Siam Paragon.

The coconut ice cream is really really good! Although the looks of it is nothing special but the taste will blow your mind.
@Siam Center; MR JONES' ORPHANGE
Only tried the passionfruit cake. Looks interesting but the taste is nothing special.
@Siam Center; Greyhound Café
Coconut crepe cake. This IS the bomb! Freaking delicious!
That's all for day 1 - 3!
Went to a place that I had anticipated for so so long :P
- Scoot off to BKK PART TWO (HERE)

K, Bye.
