Genting Highland @ First World Hotel (28th - 30th July 2013)

The boy and I decided to visit Genting as it has been many years since we went up there. My colleague helped us to purchase and book the coach tickets and hotel room respectively since she's a member there and able to use her points to get us a room.

Yay! Got to sit the cocoon seats for our 6 hours journey to and fro. Really glad that my colleague got this coach for us, if not our butts would be rotting. Food was provided too!

A small tv for every seats and lots of movie to choose from.

So much space and so so comfy.

Indoor theme park

View from level 14 @ First World hotel

For our first day, we just roamed around First World Plaza which is just below our hotel.

Caught a movie and it was pretty good.

Bought some pastries to try and it was surprisingly good and affordable!

Our breakfast for second day at some random bakery shop. All looks so nice and so much to choose from... headache.

Mushroom quiche!

Buttery croissant. So good! Prepare to get messy because the outer part is real crispy.

Oreo muffins for you?

For second day, we decided to head down to the outdoor theme park!

Sat this alone.... because the boy was scared hahaha my heart almost popped up through my mouth

Cheeky boy!

Although this crepe looks plain but the taste is super good!

Around in the evening, the mist started to come in. The view was kinda cool.

Ended our day with some steaming sweet potatoes! Freaking sweet and delicious! The booth is just outside the end of the theme park.

Dim sum for our last day!

CHINESE NEW YEAR 2013 - Bangkok with Family

Went to Bangkok via AirAsia with family from my maternal side during CNY period for 4D3N stay at Citin hotel. The room was clean and pretty spacious if we did not add an extra bed, staffs were friendly, free WI-FI, spa and gym facilities, tours are available at hotel's lobby, walking distance to malls such as Platinum mall, Pratunam market, Grayson and free tuktuk ride.
Studying for finals in the plane. Sad life.
Booked a tour to Damnoen Saduak Floating market and Maeklong Train market for 12 pax. A van came to pick us up at our hotel and the journey to-and-fro was 4 hours.
A really interesting sight that you should at least experience it once!
Super awesome, soft, pipping hot and delicious coconut pancake!
Bought 5x of it hahaha
About 10 minutes walk, we arrived at the Train market.
5 minutes upon the arrival of the train, you'll be able to see how fast the vendors keep their stuffs inside as to allow the train to pass.
